I provide a one-to-one 5 session structure of anxiety recovery through an organisation called Linden Anxiety Recovery also known as LAR Coaching or The Linden Method.
Why I practice under this organisation?
The organisation is responsible for developing an anxiety elimination program called The Linden Method. It focuses on targeting the core cause rather than the symptoms. I used this method to remove the core disorder after suffering from anxiety for pretty much my whole life. I now help others to eliminate their anxieties using this program through my coaching practice.
Of course, I still experience fear when appropriate. If I didn’t experience fear, I wouldn’t be human. However, I now longer experience inappropriate anxiety and/or panic attacks. Charles, the founder of this organisation doesn’t call it an anxiety disorder because anxiety is a disorder. Fear is the emotion which was handed down to us thanks to evolution, we need fear to stay safe. Anxiety is the disorder of the emotion of fear.

What is LAR Coaching?
LAR (‘Linden Anxiety Recovery’) is the world’s only dedicated, accredited anxiety recovery therapy. LAR Practitioners are professionally qualified and licenced Anxiety Recovery Coaches who, through a structured and supportive treatment process, enable you to create reduction and ultimate elimination of ALL inappropriate fear (anxiety); returning the sufferer to normal, balanced emotional responses and physical equilibrium.
The anxiety conditions that can be treated include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), disturbing thoughts (Pure O), low mood (anxiety related depression), anxiety related eating disorders and PTSD. The process removes anxiety disorders deep within the subconscious mind; the part of your mind that controls, amongst other things, your emotional responses.
LAR Coaching is not CBT based and is not therapy or counseling. Linden Anxiety Recovery is certainly not in the game of ‘managing’ anxiety or providing coping strategies… we want to help you to become the best you can possibly be and gain ultimate fulfilment in every aspect of your life.
This isn’t about delving into your past and talking about what you think caused your anxiety or looking for blame. In fact that’s all irrelevant, the triggers are not the cause of anxiety. The cause is your amygdala and an overactive imagination but you’ll hear more about that later.
Your recovery will also result in you being ‘programmed’ to be resistant against developing another anxiety disorder in future.
The process is actually simple, fast, really effective and produces long-term results. It is also natural and really fun to do!
When you become a Linden Method Coaching Member you will also have life-long online access to all programme materials and be entitled to ‘wrap-around’ support from The Linden Centre Specialists by telephone or email, should you require it, for up to three months after joining.
Please note :- You have to be an active Linden Method member/client to be coached by an LAR practitioner.
How it works- You sign up for a coaching package deal of £99/$129 through The Linden Method site, this includes all the materials of the program and you get five 1 hour sessions with me at a cost of £60 per session.

Just one more thing… during these sessions, I will give advice on life circumstances but your life circumstances our not the cause of your anxiety, although they can definitely act as triggers. The cause is locked away in your subconscious mind. My primary aim is to help you deactivate that switch and change the way you respond to your anxiety and panic so you can deal with any difficult situation you encounter.
